NETGEAR WGR614 wireless router
54 Mbps Wireless Cable Router + 4-Port Switch
Wireless Connectivity
The WGR614 wireless cable router enables you to enjoy wire-free network and Internet connectivity. The WGR614 uses the 802.11g wireless standard, delivering wireless networking speeds of up to 54 Mbps and is fully backward compatible with any existing 802.11b 11 Mbps wireless networking devices you may already own.
Safe & Secure
The built-in True Firewall features Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) and Denial of Service (DOS), which operate as your first line of attack against intruders. The WGR614 provides WEP or WPA-PSK (free upgrade available) wireless encryption standards to protect your network from eavesdroppers and bandwidth pinchers. Content filtering lets you control access to inappropriate websites and limit usage by time of day. To be ultimately secure you can limit access to designated computers using their unique ID, called a MAC address.
Easy to Set-up
NETGEAR's Smart Wizard™ simplifies set-up by automatically detecting and configuring your wireless router for virtually all Internet Server Provider (ISP) connections. NETGEAR's Install Assistant provides an interactive tutorial that provides you with a step-by-step guide through each stage of your installation.
